Keto Meatloaf – Stuffed w/ Goat Cheese & Spinach
Servings: 6
Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 50-60 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
Nutritional Facts: 5g Net Carbs| 382 Calories | 26g Fat | 6g Carbs | 35g Protein | 1g Fiber
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs fatty floor beef – ideally grass fed
- 2 eggs
- three scallions (chopped)
- 1 massive yellow onion (chopped)
- three garlic cloves, minced
- a handful of uncooked spinach
- three-four ozof chevre goat cheese (get the lengthy roll and you have to be good!)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- four shakes of cayenne pepper
- a pinch of oregano
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 sprig of rosemary
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 levels F.
- Add 2lbs of meat and a couple of eggs into mixing bowl. Add finely chopped scallions, garlic, and onions. Mix it up collectively.
- Add cayenne, oregano, salt, pepper and blend up once more.
