Buffalo Pulled Chicken + Bleu Cheese Wedge


There’s not rather more that I really like on this world than keto buffalo wings. Being pregnant with loopy heartburn and unable to eat buffalo something was a darkish interval in my tastebuds’ lives.

Buffalo Pulled Chicken + Bleu Cheese Wedge Salad

Servings: 2

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 35 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 a head of iceberg lettuce
  • bleu cheese dressing
  • 2 tbsp crumbled bleu cheese
  • four slices of bacon
  • 2 boneless rooster breasts
  • three/four cup of DepravedStuffed Buffalo Sauce

Steps:

  1. Bring a big pot of water to a boil. Sprinkle with a bit of salt. Add two rooster breasts to water and let prepare dinner for 30 minutes or till your thermometer tells you their inner temperature is 180 levels. Once cooked, take away from water, and set rooster apart to chill for 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, prepare dinner your 4 strips of bacon. You can do it on the range, or use the microwave. They ought to take 5 minutes within the microwave. You need them well-cooked so as to crumble them later.

  3. Wash your head of lettuce. Cut off the underside of your head of lettuce, then reduce it in half. Save half for later, and use the opposite half for this recipe. Starting from the highest in direction of the foundation, slice to make two wedges. Plate your two lettuce wedges on two plates.
  4. Head again to your rooster. Using a fork, pull aside the rooster into small strips such as you would pulled pork.

  6. Divvy up the rooster equally and begin plating. Add your rooster subsequent to your lettuce wedges (or on high), then add your required quantity of bleu cheese dressing, plus the blue cheese crumbles. Take bacon out of the fridge and crumble over your two wedges and crank some recent pepper over the entire thing for good measure. Enjoy!
